Reviews From Our Satisfied Patients

  • Dear. Dr. Krieger:

How fortunate it was for me that AA assigned us seats next to each other on our flight to Chicago two weeks ago. As you know I spoke to you of my recent experiences with two chiropractors in the Olean area.

In essence, each of those individuals were not able to help me with my lower back problems and the second chiropractor indicated that it was advisable that I contact a neurosurgeon to discuss surgery on my spine.

You stated that surgery might be premature and made some exercise suggestions which you thought might help me, including “power walking”. You said it might be painful at first and that I might not be able to do a full thirty minutes.

It was quite painful at first and I still am unable to do a full thirty minutes at one time, but the change which occurred is nothing short of miraculous. The almost continual pain which I was experiencing virtually disappeared almost immediately. Each day the spells of pain are becoming less and less frequent and far less intense.

I thank you not only for those suggestions, but also for the opportunity to attend one of your workshops. The information gave me a much better understanding of the nature of my problem and the additional exercises suggestions I know will help me even further.

I still find it difficult to believe the speed and degree of improvement which occurred. Truly miraculous!! I honestly cannot thank you enough for the unselfish giving of your knowledge to help a tranger who now is no longer facing surger as what was told me as the only remaining option.

    Sincerely,

    - Rodney. E. W., June 01, 1992
  • Dear Dr. Krieger:

I write for the purpose of thanking you for your professional services.

I had pursued relief from neck and shoulder problems as well as continuous and severe headaches, through psychological counseling and hospital outpatient therapy including pharmaceuticals and micro voltage units, spent thousands of dollars and large blocks of time all to no avail.

After the initial exam and early treatments, it was that finally I had found help that not only relieved my pain but also helped heal the problem areas permanently.

I also send my sincere appreciation for helping continuously making the TMJ problem livable.

Most of all thanks for being there whenever there was need.

    Sincerely,

    - Tamara A. Z., July 21, 1992
  • Dear Doctor Krieger:

With your permission I would like to write this open letter to your patients.

    DEAR FELLOW PATIENTS

If you are reading this it is because you are sitting in Dr. Bill Krieger's reception room. I, too, have sat in your chair but in a much different way. Let me tell you the story.

Our Dr. Bill frequently attends continuing education seminars to learn new ways to provide you with the best service and knowledge. I am an instructor at these seminars and my job is to work with the doctor's staff to improve their quality of service to patients and the doctor. So it is logical that I should first meet Dr. Bill's wife, Shelly Krieger, a woman dedicated to her husband's practice and the chiropractic profession, in one of the seminar classes.

Shelly spoke in a particular class and introduced herself by stating she is from Williamsville NY. I couldn't stop myself. Being originally from Angola, my "Bills Exuberance" took over and I had to shout "Go Jim Kelly!" This was early in 1992 and the Buffalo Bills were preparing for the Super Bowl.

To make a long story short, Shelly and I met after the class and she told me her husband was a chiropractor. Since I had been unable to locate a chiropractor in the Buffalo area that i felt confident to refer my family and friends from Angola and East Aurora to, I decided to personally try out this Dr. Krieger's abilities.

Now, it is common knowledge that a nurse knows what medical doctor is the best, a frequent flyer knows what airline is the best, a computer systems analyst knows what program is the best, etc., etc. Therefore, it follows that a chiropractic management consultant knows what chiropractic doctor is the best. Shelly said, "Ask Dr. Krieger to adjust you." I did have a headache and was feeling the stress of traveling to the seminar, especially with extremely tight trapezius muscles across my shoulders.

Well, Dr. Bill went right to work adjusting me. Now keep in mind that I have been adjusted by about 70 different doctors over the course of my career. His hands were warm and confident and I knew he had the healing ability of innate running through them. He worked first on the muscle tightness and it felt great-- immediate relief! Then he followed up on the headache with a cervical adjustment and a special technique I had never experienced on my jaws (TMJ). About 15 minutes later, THE HEADACHE WAS GONE!! I thought to myself, "This doctor has what it takes! and he's in the Buffalo area!!!! Now every member of my family and many of my friends are patients of his office, just like you.

I live in California, but whenever I visit Buffalo, I get adjusted by Dr. Bill. Whenever I see him at a seminar in another state, I get adjusted by Dr. Bill! I only want the best for myself and my loved ones. Let me assure you that you have made the right decision. Take it from one who knows the chiropractic profession and thousands of chiropractors in the U.S. and Canada.

OUR DR. BILL IS THE BEST!

So enjoy your adjustment, your good health through chiropractic care and give Dr. Bill a Hug for me.

    Most Sincerely,

    - Patty S., May 19, 1993
